We have extensive experience working with iwi and government and have built a network of ministers, officials, MPs, councillors, iwi leaders, and manawhenua. We use our knowledge and expertise to gain insights, shape strategy, and provide advice.

We provide leadership, governance, and management training that focuses on embedding your purpose into the direction of your organisation. These workshops are developed and delivered through a Māori lens and are tailored especially for each client.

Our way of thinking about strategy is distinctively Māori, and we come up with plans that tell a story, are straightforward and simple to understand, and provide solutions to challenges.
Strategic Relationship Development
We supported manawhenua, and the BECA team, who worked together to create a new destination plan for Te Manahuna.
Our role was to foster the relationship between BECA and ngā papatipu rūnanga of Te Manahuna, so that those charged with designing the destination management plan could see the landscape from the eyes of manawhenua.
