Creating Connections With Community

Aukaha approached NAIA to support them with their communications strategy. This included a comprehensive review of their existing communications plan and a renewed strategy. We spent valuable time interviewing key kaimahi, and visiting their workspaces to better understand who they are, their values, and the "why" behind their mahi. We discovered a team of people who are genuinely passionate about serving and advocating for manawhenua in their region. One of the key recommendations that came out of our communications strategy was a refreshed website that would re-energise the Aukaha team to get out and tell their story more. We've since delivered this new website that better reflects the plethora of work Aukaha do for their communities and provides a base to tell their story. We are thrilled to be still working with Aukaha delivering ongoing communications support including media liaison, looking after social media channels, contributing to publications, and generating content about their mahi.
